1. Introduction

Welcome to Insta Relocation Packers & Movers ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and services, including relocation, packing, transportation, and associated services provided by Insta Relocation Packers & Movers. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. By engaging with our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. Scope of Services

Insta Relocation Packers & Movers offers domestic and commercial moving services, including but not limited to:

  • Packing and unpacking of goods
  • Loading and unloading
  • Transportation of household and commercial items
  • Vehicle transportation
  • Storage and warehousing solutions
  • Relocation consultation and coordination

We reserve the right to refuse service if any request falls outside the scope of our capabilities or violates local regulations.

4. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed through our website, mobile application, or customer service representatives. Upon confirmation, you will receive a written or electronic agreement summarizing the scope of work, dates, fees, and terms of service. It is your responsibility to verify all information and notify us of any discrepancies.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding pickup and delivery locations
  • Ensure access to both premises on the scheduled date
  • Properly declare all items to be moved
  • Secure valuables, cash, and personal documents separately
  • Comply with all local and federal laws regarding the transportation of goods

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from being transported by our team:

  • Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials
  • Perishable goods
  • Illegal substances
  • Animals or live plants (unless pre-approved)
  • Weapons or ammunition

Any attempt to include prohibited items may result in service cancellation and legal action.

7. Pricing and Payments

Pricing is determined based on several factors, including distance, volume of goods, manpower, packaging requirements, and timing. The estimated cost provided during booking is subject to change based on actual conditions at the time of service.

Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card, UPI, or other approved methods. In most cases, partial or full payment may be required before the service is rendered.

Any applicable taxes, tolls, or additional charges (such as parking or permits) will be added to your invoice.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a penalty of up to 30% of the total estimated cost, depending on the notice period and preparation involved.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, strikes, or equipment failure. In such cases, we will provide alternative dates or issue a refund as appropriate.

9. Liability and Insurance

We exercise utmost care in handling your belongings. However, our standard liability is limited to damage caused by proven negligence. In the event of damage or loss, our liability shall not exceed ₹500 per item or ₹10,000 per move, whichever is lower, unless higher coverage is explicitly agreed upon in writing.

We offer additional insurance options through third-party providers upon request. You are encouraged to purchase comprehensive insurance coverage for high-value items. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Internal electronics malfunctions
  • Unpacked or owner-packed goods
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable factors

10. Claims Process

To file a claim for damage or loss, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Claims must include a detailed description and photographs, along with a copy of your invoice and inventory list. We will evaluate and respond to your claim within 10 business days.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and promotional materials—including text, logos, graphics, images, and software—is the intellectual property of Insta Relocation Packers & Movers. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data solely to provide services and enhance customer experience. We do not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to complete service delivery.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, acts of terrorism, government actions, or technical failures.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse our platform, or engage in unlawful activity. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately without notice.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

16. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent.
